Take care in Japanese

気をつけてください

In kana only: きをつけてください

ki o tsukete kudasai

polite

What it literally says

please attach your spirit (to it)

Japanese politeness is mostly built out of phrases that stopped being literal a long time ago. Knowing what is underneath is the difference between repeating a sound and knowing what you said.

When to use it

Said on parting, especially to someone travelling. Warmer than it looks in translation.
